I'm very pleased to join the group (such nice people here). I love NoSound and Giancarlo. Gutted that I didn't get a chance to shake his hand at the No-Man concert a couple of weeks ago. I was standing in line (about 20th by my reconning) and someone now tells me he was just yards away from me. I didn't think to go look who was there and introduce myself. Equally gutted not to shake the hand of prggrl... not realising she too was a couple of yards from me all evening. Next time eh? If anyone wants a chat, I always say I'm friendly and aproachable, so go ahead. I live in the back of beyond in Wales (sadly). I am a HUGE No-man and Porcupine Tree fan now (as are so many people on these forums). Though I'm not nearly as obsessive as some amazing people I've spoken to in the last few weeks. No I don't have 3 different vinyl versions of Yellow Hedgerow Dreamscape. I just have all the regular stuff by PT, No-man and Tim Bowness. Except for TBo with Pete Chilvers, California Norfolk... THAT is the one I still need. And the CD single of Days in the Trees. A year ago I was completely unaware of PT or No-man. Wow what a year. I've never seen PT live, and being a pauper I couldn't get tickets this year either. I'd love to see NoSound live and that is something I'll aim to do as soon as it's an option. In the meantime I continue on my mission to introduce everyone I meet and know to the great music of all these 3 bands. Bye for now. JON

Heya Jon, Glad you found us and glader still that you found such great music to enjoy. yes, I was pretty disheartened to find we were so close yet so far away. Next time at a Nosound (or another No-man) gig near you, for sure. Don't knock Wales - it's a very pretty place. Cheers!

Hi Jon,
welcome on board, I'm glad you liked the music and it seems that there were a few at the gig not knowing I was there too in the afernoon and after the show...well next time we'll meet for sure. After the great Kscope news, forthcoming new release next week and some 'meeting' I had with them and our manager in UK past week, it seems there are now more possibilities and interest to go on stage soon...

Hello and Welcome! Yes, Proggrl and I were heading up the front of the line - we got there around noon and waited a long while before others started showing. Giancarlo showed around 4:30 and hung around outside for a while, maybe 30 minutes, and then went inside. He was in the venue after the show - there mostly for business. He had a copy of the new CD, so we got to get a preview look at it (people had MP3 players, but amazingly no CD players) and the booklet. It is a nice packaging job, worthy of the music contained therein
